Our story
Our CEO, Michael Ndefo often shares the inspiring story of how he tried to pay a supplier in China for some gadgets, so he went to the bank for assistance. However, they informed him that he needed to register a company and fill out Form A. Despite the stress, manual processes, and time wasted, they told him that USD wasn’t available and that it would take about three months to access it. He was frustrated, so he stormed out of the bank and decided to build a product that solves that exact problem! It took about a year and strategic partnerships, but he persisted and built AmaPay. Today, AmaPay makes it easy, affordable, and fast for businesses to make cross-border payments across over 100 countries!
